On March 14th, I attended the 5th annual Vegetarian Food Festival in New York City. This was my first year going so I can’t compare it to previous years, but it was overflowing with amazing products, companies, and people! Store-Bought Snacks- Healthy & Convenient!

I try to make homemade snacks whenever possible, but that isn’t always realistic. We’re all busy people and we could use some help from trusty, nutrition conscious brands that provide quality snacks without compromising the ingredients. Last weekend we finally got that gorgeous Spring weather I’ve been searching for. Clear blue skies dotted with fluffy, pure white clouds. A cool breeze accompanied a bright, warming sun making it a crime to stay indoors. I celebrated by taking a hike on a trail at the Delaware Water Gap. While it was only a 3 mile hike in total, the steep, and relentless incline made for both an awesome workout and spectacular view.  { Full Post }

Paris – beautiful city & delicious food

I was lucky enough to spend 2 weeks exploring Paris with my boyfriend and I loved every second of it. Paris is such a beautiful city with so much to offer – including incredible food. We had some simple cooking experiences, ate out a small cafes and nice sit-down dinners, and indulged in colorful, delicious macarons. { Full Post }
